Immune Boost Smoothies

These days there’s hype about how to strengthen our immune systems with this ongoing deadly virus.

As you all may know, turmeric boosts immunity.

So, I am going to tell you how you can use turmeric in Smoothies and give your immune system a boost.

First let me tell you about the Strawberry Smoothie with GLO Turmeric paste

  1. Pour a glass of non-fat fresh milk into a mixing jar
  2. Add 3-4 tbsp. of low fat Yoghurt or Greek Yoghurt to the jar
  3. Add a handful of frozen Raspberries
  4. Take a handful of strawberries roughly chopped and add them into the jar
  5. Add Chia seeds
  6. Add some freshly ground pepper
  7. Add 1/2 tsp GLO Turmeric paste
  8. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy.
  9. Pour into a serving glass and enjoy

Another simple way to use the GLO Turmeric paste is in the Banana Smoothie

  1. Take a Banana cut it into pieces and put it into a mixing jar – I have taken a fresh one but it doesn’t matter you can always use a frozen banana for this.
  2. Add 1 tsp of GLO Turmeric Paste
  3. Add 1 tbsp. of Chia seeds
  4. Add some freshly ground Pepper
  5. Add a glass of light coconut milk
  6. Blend all together until smooth and creamy
  7. Pour into a serving glass and enjoy
