Ghee biscuits/ Ghee cookies/ Nankhatai are delicious, aromatic, crunchy and melt in mouth cookies that are super easy to make because it is made with just four INGREDIENTS.

Nankhatai_நெய் பிஸ்கட்_ඤාණකතා

Ingredients

  • Flour – 300g
  • Ghee – 300g
  • Powdered Sugar – 300g
  • Baking powder – 1 Teaspoon

Method

  1. Take flour in a bowl and add sugar, baking powder to it. then mix using a whisk.
  2. Now add ghee little by little and start to knead everything together and form a soft dough.
  3. Now pinch a small portion of cookie dough, make it into a ball and then flatten it gently and keep it aside. Repeat the process till all the cookie dough is complete.
  4. Arrange the cookies on the tray keeping 1cm gap between them.
  5. Preheat the oven at 180°C for about 10 mins and then bake at 180°C  for about 10  mins or until the base of the cookies starts to brown. Allow it to cool completely and store in air tight containers.




Note: 
– Refrigerate cookie dough for half-n-hour so that the ingredients get set. This is a optional process.
– 
When cookies are removed from oven you will find it soft on top sometimes, let it sit and cool down for getting its actual crisp texture.

අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍යයන්

  • පිටි ග්‍රෑම් 300
  • අඹරා ගත් සීනි ග්‍රෑම් 300
  • එළඟි තෙල් ග්‍රෑම් 300
  • බේකිං පවුඩර් තේ හැන්දක්

ක්‍රමය

  1. පාත්‍රයකට පිටි සීනි සහ බේකිං සෝඩා යන ඒවා එකතු කර මිශ්‍ර කරන්න.
  2. එම මිශ්‍රණයට එළඟි තෙල් ටික ටික එකතු කර අනා ගුලියක් සාදාගන්න​.
  3. පසුව එම ගුලියෙන් කුඩා බෝල සාදා ගන්න.​
  4. පසුව එම බෝල රැගෙන එළඟි තෙල් තවරා ගත් තැටියේ මත පුළුල් ලෙස අහුරන්න​.
  5. උශ්ණත්වය C 180° ට රත් කරගත් අවණයේ විනාඩි 10 ක් බේක් කරන්න.​

සටහන්
අවනයේ විට එළියට ගන්න අවශ්ථාවේ එය අසාර්ථක නොව පෙනුනත් නිමුනු පස්සේ සාර්ථකවේ.

Nankhatai_நெய் பிஸ்கட்_ඤාණකතා

தேவையானவை

  • மா -300 கிராம்
  • நெய் – 300 கிராம்
  • அரைத்த சீனி – 300 கிராம்
  • பேகிங் பவுடர் – 1 தேக்கரண்டி

செய்முறை

  1.  ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் மா, சீனி மற்றும் பேகிங் சோடா ஆகியவற்றை சேர்த்து MIX செய்யவும்.
  2. பின்னர் கொஞ்சம் கொஞ்சமாக நெய் சேர்த்து உருண்டையாக பிசையவும்.
  3. பின்னர் சிறு உருண்டைகளாக செய்து கையால் அழுத்தி வட்டவடிவமாக தட்டிக் கொள்ளவும்.
  4. நெய் தடவிய தட்டில் பரவலாக அடுக்கவும்.
  5. பிரீஹீட் செய்யப்பட்ட அவனின் வெப்பநிலையை 180°C ல் வைத்து 10 நிமிடங்கள் வேகவைத்து எடுக்கவும்.




குறிப்பு:
– பிஸ்கட் அவனில் இருந்து எடுக்கும் போது வேகாதமாதிரி இருக்கும்.ஆறியதும் சரியாக இருக்கும்.

– சிறு உருண்டைகளாக பிடிக்க கடினமாக இருந்தால் 1 மேசைக்கரண்டி மா சேர்க்கவும் அல்லது 15 நிமிடம் குளிர்சாதனப் பெட்டியில் வைத்தெடுக்கவும்.

– பேக் செய்த பின் ஓரளவு ஆறிய பின்னர் பேகிங் ட்ரேயில் இருந்து இறக்கவும்.
